We had fifty members at our Club meeting today and we also had a group of students from Colaiste
Cois Life in Lucan who came to do a table quiz with us in Irish and English so we could all take part in an Intergenerational Project. They had some great questions; some tested us, especially the modern day singers!! and obviously no-one cheated!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

These young peoplewere an absolute joy to spend time with and that’s not just because they brought us goodies to eat; they also entertained us with singing and playing music for us. They were accompanied by their teacher Elaine Uí Ghearain and the whole event had been arranged by Mr Harry Keogh from Localise Youth Volunteering.
Fun was had by all and we hope to pay a visit to their school in the future.
